Strength and Conditioning

Top Nutrition and Performance understands the importance of cross training in order to perform at your peak and minimize the risk of injury. We have crafted several classes and offer personal training services in order to appropriately meet these needs. Here, you are able to train with fellow athletes, aspiring runners, and individuals who just simply want to become more active. With our small class sizes, we are able to ensure that you will be coached with proper mechanics to reduce risk of injury. If you prefer one on one, we also offer personal training to help accomplish your specific health and performance goals.

Strength Training Class

Strength training is a class that uses a combination of bodyweight exercises, medicine balls, kettlebells, TRX bands, and jump ropes to engage in a full body interval workout. During these sessions, participants will work on total body fitness and power to aid in your health and fitness goals.

Speed & Power Class

Speed & Power Class. This class is designed for endurance athletes looking to improve power and speed in their sport. Participants will learn the foundations of Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, and explosive movements to increase strength, speed and power. Our smaller class sizes allow our instructors to ensure safe mechanics for all.

Personal Training

Personal Training. Together we will craft your training to meet your goals based on your current fitness level. The exercises, methods, and style is individualized to meet your needs and preferences.

All personal training starts after an initial assessment and movement screening.
