This package is tailored to meet the needs of the client's realistic goals. Assessment includes 1-hour initial sessions, and (2) 30-minute follow-up sessions per month.

  • Exercise Training Plans available every two weeks in TrainHeroic App

Lean & Fit Program -

For those looking for a complete program towards weight management. This package includes nutrition coaching, motivational behavior coaching, and personal training.

Losing weight and keeping it off, isn't about a fad diet or a quick fix. It's about learning what will work for you, and developing a healthy eating pattern that you can maintain. Healthy eating patterns will change as you lose weight, as you age, and as you become more active.

This package is a 3 month program that includes:

  • An initial consultation and physical training assessment

  • (2) weekly personal training sessions with the trainer

  • Workouts to complete throughout the week without the trainer

  • (5) 30-minute follow on nutrition coaching sessions to be used over the course of the 3-months.
